Full registration fee includes book of abstracts, badge, Conference bag & documentation, admission to the opening ceremony, welcome reception, banquet, access to all Conference sessions & coffee breaks.
Students: Max. 35 years old. Photocopy of student ID and passport must accompany your registration. Student registration will not be processed without these documents.
Accompanying persons: Registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to the opening ceremony, welcome reception and banquet.
Registration fee must be paid in Euros.
PAYMENT INFO
1. Payment via Credit card
(all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
In case of payment by the credit card please register, book a hotel and other services. After that please fill the 'Agreement of payment' form, than sign it and send it to the "Maxima", tel: +7 (495) 970-17-17; fax: +7 (495) 970-17-16. On receiving your Agreement of Payment the "Maxima" will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant. 2. Payment by Bank transfer
If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way, the invoice for the total amount of payment for the chosen services will be created automatically during on-line registration process. Please print it and provide the payment to the following bank account.
When performing the payment, please, point out the title of Conference and your name in the payment order!!!
